            What does it mean to be well? I believe wellness can be described by not merely the absence of disease, but by feeling good and enjoying your life. How you feel - physically, mentally and emotionally, really determines your overall health and well being. It might be said that your health is your greatest asset, since it affects how you think, feel, move, interact, prosper and achieve. When you don't feel well, every other aspect of your life is impacted.
